Everyone was very nice. Dr. Bhat listened to me and responded to all my questions. The practice helped sort out issues I was having with my insurance. I highly recommend them and I will continue to go there for my back pain!

I've been seeing Dr Dhaliwal for many years. I have always received excellent and caring service from this practice. I would highly recommend them. Update: 12/23/24 - I went to Dr Dhaliwal 2 months ago for a Regenexx procedure on my lower back. I'm very pleased with the staff and the service I received. So far I have noticed about an 85% reduction of pain in my lower back. Judging from the pain relief I've received, I would recommend to anyone to try this procedure. I know there are no guarantees, but it has worked for me and I have been in chronic back pain for many years.

Dr. Bhat is one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. I have been dealing with so many health issues that are debilitating. The best care ever from the moment you step through the door. Every member of staff are so friendly and profession and seem to wear a smile at all times. My doctor, Dr. Dhaliwal, has taken care of my needs for approximately 7 years and has always discussed my treatment and answered every question I have ever asked. Our experience with Spine & Pain Associates was overall amazing! Everyone in the office took such great care of my mother. She is 85 years old. They treated her like family. Spine & Pain Associates has been a life-changing experience for my mother. I cannot speak highly enough about all the staff and their outstanding work. From the first appointment, the experience here was vastly different from her previous pain clinic. Rebecca NP took the time to listen and put together the whole story of my mother's pain. She treated her as more than just a patient and proposed a detailed treatment plan that she has made appropriate changes to based on my mother’s feedback. Dr. Dhaliwal has been one of the best physicians she has ever had the pleasure to experience. He is not one of those physicians who try to leave as quickly as possible. He does an excellent job explaining every procedure to my mother and answering all questions thoroughly. He truly wants her to be involved in her treatment. Lastly, she always looks forward to seeing Jay at her appointments. He provides a friendly and inviting atmosphere in the office. Best office I have found. I am a disabled woman so literally every Dr I go to dismisses my pain as hormones, weight, whatever. These amazing Dr's not only listened but ordered MRIs to look, found the issue and are working hard to fix it. E everyone (mostly) in the Raleigh office is so nice and smiles or greets me. The team all ask me how I am, what I am up to, etc. They are amazing and I highly recommend then to everyone in chronic pain.

Beyond expectations and above excellence. After being bounced into three other spine and pain places for trying to receive treatment, it was a golden ray of sunshine to work with Spine and Pain Associates. Their staff is very knowledgeable and 100% patient oriented. They have provided details and answered concerns for every step of treatment including recovery and care steps at the very first appointment.
